Inksupply.com offers a lifetime free replacement warranty on select products. If these products fail to perform due to manufacturing defects, we will repair the product or send you a free replacement as long as the product qualifies.

In order to utilize the lifetime replacement warranty, please contact us at support@inksupply.com with your order number and explain the defect. Once we determine that your product is defective, and whether it must be returned for inspection, we will repair the product or send you a replacement at no cost. This warranty only covers exchange of defective products, and does not allow for returns or refunds beyond our normal 60 day warranty and return policy.

To qualify the product must:
• Have the Lifetime Replacement Seal on the product page at time of sale (tracked by our system for each order).
• For CFS units and Refillable Cartridges (including funnel fill) the cartridge must be loaded with Inksupply.com Ink that has been purchased in the previous 24 months.
• Have a manufacturing defect.
• Fail to perform as designed when properly used.
• If required, be returned to Inksupply.com for inspection.

This additional warranty only covers products that are defective due to a defect in manufacturing as determined by Inksupply.com. Products that are found to have been; used incorrectly, improperly stored, intentionally or unintentionally damaged (example dropped, spilled, instructions not followed), filled with non Inksupply.com ink, or filled/used with old ink (ink beyond use by date) will not be eligible for replacement.

Due to the lifecycle of inkjet printers and products, the Lifetime Replacement is subject to product availability.

Example of eligible product:
Funnel Fill kit that is covered by the Lifetime Replacement and cannot be recognized by the printer due to a defective chip.

Example of ineligible product:
Funnel Fill kit that is covered by the Lifetime Replacement is filled with aftermarket ink (not Inksupply.com ink) and refuses to print due to a clogged filter.
